<idAbs>This statewide DEM service provides Wyoming elevation data through an ArcGIS mosaic dataset built from Cloud Optimized GeoTIFFs (COGs) stored on an S3-compatible object storage environment. The source 1-meter digital terrain model tiles were originally prepared by Woolpert from USGS 3DEP lidar data for the State of Wyoming, reprojected to GCS North American 1983, resampled to 1-meter grids in geographic coordinates, checked for internal NoData voids, and delivered in a tiled structure; WyGISC subsequently converted those tiled DTM rasters to COG format for scalable storage and efficient service delivery. During COG creation, GDAL was used to assign EPSG:4326, write COG output with LZW compression, 128-pixel block size, BigTIFF support, and a NoData value of 65535, and to build internal overviews for improved multi-scale display performance.</idAbs>
