The source 1-meter digital terrain model tiles were originally prepared by Woolpert from USGS 3DEP lidar data for the State of Wyoming, reprojected to GCS North American 1983, resampled to 1-meter grids in geographic coordinates, checked for internal NoData voids, and delivered in a tiled structure; WyGISC subsequently converted those tiled DTM rasters to COG format for scalable storage and efficient service delivery.
